MRP International’s core business is focused in three areas – investment, development and related services within the property sector. With operations in Brazil, Bulgaria, Croatia, Ghana, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, MRP has an in-depth knowledge and wealth of experience across all property sectors.

MRP International was established in 2003 to invest in Eastern Europe and quickly became a major investor and developer in the region. In early 2011, MRP entered the Brazilian property market in association with the Trump Organisation and is now finalising plans to develop Trump Towers in Rio de Janeiro.

MRP International, with its core focus on commercial development, currently has 135,000 m2 under construction with a further 500,000 m2 in the pipeline. In addition to the development pipeline, MRP retains an ownership interest in a substantial portfolio of completed, income-producing properties. The projects and completed buildings have a Gross Development Value in excess of €2.4 billion.
