MRP International’s core business is focused in three areas – investment, development and related services – within the real estate sector. In all instances, MRP International retains substantial shareholdings in all of the group’s properties.

MRP International was established in 2003 offering investors the opportunity to invest in Eastern Europe. MRP International has numerous projects under construction and many completed income-producing properties, with its core focus on commercial development and investment. The projects and completed buildings have a GDV in excess of €1 billion.

The Company made a decisive and significant entry into the South Eastern European market including Bulgaria, Croatia, Turkey and Ukraine.
 
MRP International employs over 60 people in Croatia, Bulgaria and Ukraine with its head office located in Sofia.
